We no longer have an emergency system for call backs, as all appointments are now being screened.
If you are in need of medical care that is unrelated to Covid -19 you will be offered a telephone or video appointment initially. The clinician will endeavour to manage your care over the phone or will arrange a safe time to come for a face to face appointment if required.
Please note we have had a rise in abusive behaviour to our staff during this challenging period and we would like to remind you that this practice operates the governments zero tolerance policy for all healthcare staff.
